Antonina Shevchenko
Antonina is a Kyrgyzstani Peruvian Muay thai fighter, mixed martial artist who currently is a competitor with the UFC flyweight division. Valentina is her elder sister and a fellow UFC competitor. Antonina Shevchenko's combat sport career started out with her debut as a Muay Thai athlete. Shevchenko debuted on the IFMA World Championship Tournament in 2003. Shevchenko took the title and then defeated Suzane Mller in a unanimous decision. Antonina kept her winning streak going by taking home bronze and silver medal in 2008 and 2007 respectively, a Gold medal in 2011 along with the title of year-end 2016 IFMA amateur Muay thai world champion. Antonia has started her professional journey at the age of three, was awarded in 2012 and the 2016 Lion Fight Lightweight Championships. It was also the WMC World Championships were held in 2016, and she took home the 2016 IFMA Amateur Muay Thailand World Champion. Antonina's final fight was with Isa Tidblad-Keskikangas in the Phoenix Fighting Championship. The fight was won by unanimous decision. Antonina shevchenko won her debut professional MMA fight in 2002, against Anara bayanova at the KFK Cup of Kyrgystan. She was 3-0 after winning in the second round TKO. The following two fights were won at WXF: X-Impact World Championships in 2003. Shevchenko took a hiatus to focus on the sport of kickboxing. Shevchenko returned against Anissahaddaoui at Phoenix FC 3. Shevchenko won against Anissa with a unanimous win. She went on to knock out Valerie Domergue during Phoenix FC 4. She quit the promotion and started Dana White's Contender Series 2018. Shevchenko knocked out Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina used superior striking and striking skills to TKO Nievera by knees to her body in the final clinch.
